I'm thankful for my extended family. I have such amazing parents and siblings. Some think we're nuts because we're so close and everybody knows everybody elses business... but there are times when I am SO thankful for that alone. It's nice to know that I have so many people to go to when I need extra love.
I'm thankful that I have amazing in-laws. I was just telling one of them the other day how you know that you're really homesick when you start missing your in-laws! I am one of the lucky ones who married into an incredible family.
I'm thankful for friends... both old and new. I have so many friends in my life. I have learned so much from each one of them.
I'm thankful for the things that I sometimes take for granted... my home, my clothes, the food that I get to eat, my car... I am SO thankful for computers and the Internet! I would be so much more homesick if I didn't have them!
My we all take time to think about what we are truly thankful for this week! Thank you for taking the time to read my very first blog! Come back soon....

Happy Thanksgiving!
I've been visiting friends blogs for a few months now... and I've finally decided to go ahead and start a blog of my own. I have always been better at expressing myself through writing... so this will be a good place for me to do just that. Plus, this will be a great way for our friends and families to check in and see what's happening with us every once in awhile! Hopefully it will be a positive thing for me... and I'll actually keep it going for a long time.
Since it's almost Thanksgiving... I thought it would be appropriate to share some of the things that I'm thankful for in my life.
I'm thankful for my testimony. I wouldn't be who I am today without it.
I'm grateful for my little family... My sweet husband, Jeremy. He does more for me than anybody ever could. He's started doing the dishes every morning before school even if it means that he won't be able to pack his lunch and he'll have to eat the soup that he keeps in his locker at school (I know... I'm horrible for not packing his lunch for him like most wives do!) He really does mean the world to me and I'm SO thankful for him. Also, my sweet little children. They bring me so much joy... I am so thankful that I get to be their mommy.
