Jeremy's birthday.

Jeremy had such a fun day! It started Friday night when he went and played video games with his buddies at Chauncey's house. He stayed until the wee hours of night... so he was really tired the next day... but it was all worth it! He had a blast! I realized that we didn't take very many pictures throughout the day... and the ones we did take aren't that fantastic... but we'll try to make a blog out of them anyway.

We started out the day by making him breakfast in bed... and then we all cleaned up and the kids sang Happy Birthday to him a few times...

He got lots of birthday hugs from the kids...

Gracie and Lincoln are all about opening presents... Jeremy was nice and let them take turns opening the gifts for him.

He loved his new Phoenix Suns t-shirt (or "Steve Nash shirt" as Link calls it)...

He really liked the orange tie that I found for him online... he wore it today and looked super swank!

He got everything he wanted and then some... Some friends of ours baby-sat the kids so we could go out for the night. We ended up just coming back home, making lettuce wraps together and playing an old card game we love. It was such a fun, laid back family day. He didn't want a cake... so we made him his two favorite kinds of cupcakes instead... chocolate cake with chocolate frosting for game night... and classic white cake with strawberry frosting for today. He loved them! (of course we forgot to take a picture of them... oops)

One of the best presents of the day was in the evening when Graham started to crawl for the first time! We learned that if we leave food 2 or 3 feet in front of him... he'll get right up on all fours and crawl like it's nothing! He's been having lots of fun getting it down the past few days... he's still working on it... but he's getting there!
