Gracie's friend, Korbin, turned 2 this week! He was so sweet and invited us to come to his birthday. They let the whole family come and have a good time with him! We love the Folkmans so much and have so enjoyed getting to know them this past year. I served with Korbin's mom, Kara, in Young Women's and am now on the Enrichment board with her. Korbin and Gracie are in the same nursery class, and they play together on Wednesday nights when they go to mutual with their parents...
Korbin got a new slide from his mom and dad for his big day. Lincoln and Gracie had lots of fun trying it out.
They had lots of yummy food... hamburgers and hotdogs... chips... fruit... salad. Everyone was impressed with our family because our kids were the only ones who actually sat down and ate their meal. They just like to eat, what can I say!?
The kids had so much fun playing with all of their friends! The loved the wagon...
We played some fun games! The kids dug for treasure (ring pops) in the sandbox.
The other one was a family game... you had to get the big bouncy ball into the swimming pool (it's a lot harder than it looks!) Each family had one minute... and everyone had to participate. We got third place because Gracie kept throwing it away from the pool on purpose (stinker stinker!) This a shot of our friends the Arnows (Brandon, Brittani and Shaelee) taking their turn.
Gracie had lots of fun with her little girl friends (Zoey and Aubrey)... and she thought her ring pop was a binky.
