My current project

So, in our ward there are always at least 5 or 6 people who are expecting... so there is about one baby shower every month or so. (sometimes more, sometimes less) There are a few people who are 'known' for giving the same things at every shower. One person makes blankets, one does those little burp cloths with the ribbon sewn on the ends... another girl always gives these handy little diaper and wipes carrier for your diaper bag. I decided to check it out at the last shower and realized how easy it would be to make something like that. So, I got to work... Here is one of my works of art! :) I think they're pretty cute... cute enough to sell on e-bay anyway! Once I get home from Utah... I'm going full force with my idea. Hopefully I'll make a little garage sale money for this summer!

I have about 15 ready to sew... I just have to wait until the kids are down for naps or are in good enough moods to play in the attic while I sew to my hearts content.

I have another 15 ready to be ironed and then sewn... looks like I'll be busy for a little while!

After I'm done with those, I need to get started on my cards for both card clubs. I'm starting to get quite the collection of cards for all occasions! It's SO nice!

While I was in the attic... I thought I would take a picture of one of my favorite Christmas presents I received this past year. Emily made me this beautiful little bulletin board that matches perfectly in my little attic! I LOVE it!
