I've posted before that we are part of a Friends Fun Night group where we rotate who baby-sits the kids each Friday night. This week we decided to stay in, since funds are low, and we made a cute little romantic dinner together while the kids were away!
I've also mentioned how Jeremy loves to take pictures of our food. We had so much fun making this dinner together that we just had to snap a picture. We ate roasted potatoes,
broccoli, fresh oven baked wheat bread and some super yummy steaks! It was so tasty!
We made the rule that we couldn't talk about the kids, what went on with our day, our families, or school. SO, we had a great time reminiscing about our dating years and our favorite memories since we've been married.
I love my sweetie. It's nice to know you don't have to spend a lot of money to enjoy one of the best date nights ever!

Cute! I tried to plan that same date night last Friday...I was all excited about making steak, mashed pototoes and a vegetable and watching the Office together. But when I told Elliot he didn't seem as excited about it as I was, so we didn't end up doing it. Oh well! I'm jealous you got to!
