sad kiddos

We had a couple hard days this week recovering from our hospital stay. The kids were extra feisty with each other and feelings were hurt all around. They're all much happier now... but they sure were sad there for a week or so!

Here's Graham after he got super offended at something... I was probably too busy to hold him or something... This is Lincoln and Gracie in time-out. Lincoln hit Gracie... and Gracie hit Graham... the old spiral down to the next youngest trick! They are so funny... they know that they have to talk to Jeremy or I before they can get out of time-out. We explain to them what they did wrong and then they have to apologize and give hugs to the person that they hurt. They're to the point that they cry for a little bit and then they say, "I'm ready to talk now!"

Gracie has been teething this week (she's cutting 4 teeth at once!) so she's super sensitive. Jeremy thought she looked especially cute this day and wanted to take a picture of her... you can see by her tears that she was not interested in pictures and just wanted to cuddle! Hopefully we can all stay happy today!
