Our Ohio Christmas Morning!

We had such a fun day! We spent most of it at home as a family and it was just so great. Jeremy is all done with finals... and we get this week to just chill together. (He still has clinic... but we'll get to see him a lot more than normal.) Our Christmas morning celebration started at the early hour of 7:10 am. Not so early if you ask me and Grammers... but it was early for Jeremy and Gracie who wanted to sleep more. Graham woke up first... then me... and then we went to wake up Lincoln. He popped his eyes open and said, "Santa!" and hopped right out of bed. I don't know how we managed to get them to stand in their traditional youngest to oldest line to head downstairs because they were so hyped up! They were so psyched when they saw their toys! It was kind of funny watching each of them. Lincoln was very interested in opening the presents and went through his super fast. Gracie wasn't very interested in opening presents as much as she was playing with the ones that were too big to wrap. Graham got into it once he realized that they had sweet stuff inside! I have never seen Graham go down the stairs so fast! It was so hilarious! He went straight to his new airport! He was in heaven! Gracie was thrilled to get dress-ups in all of her favorite princesses! She has been wearing them all day long and has learned to put the skirts on all by herself.

Lincoln was very excited to get his very own Rescue Pack filled with Diego games! I think he liked his pirate ship most of all... Gracie got a little "Kelly Doll" and informed us that she looks just like "Princess P on my favorite Super Why!" She was right! After checking out all of his toys... Grammers decided to help himself to the leftover snacks for Santa and the reindeer... The pots and pans were a big hit! He's so much like his older brother at this age... The kids immediately tried to put all of their smarties from their stockings into the little pots! They told me they just had to cook something for our breakfast. Smarties all around!It was so fun to have our very own little Christmas before we head home. The kids will have a week to play with their new stuff and then it's off to Grandma's house! Santa will still bring them a few more presents to Grandma's house. Boy are these lucky kiddos!
