During the spring and summer time one of our favorite things to do is meet Jeremy for lunch at this little park on campus. It is SO gorgeous in the springtime when all the trees have their blossoms on them. We had lots of fun this week visiting him. It's always so fun for the kids (and me!) to see daddy during the day!

There are fish and all kinds of things in the water. One time we saw a frog!
They love to throw little pebbles into the water and see the little fish scurry away.
We didn't know this until we came today... but there are signs posted all over that say you aren't supposed to feed the ducks... the kids were a little disappointed but they were happy just to see the ducks...
Just as we were leaving, a duck came out of the water and started walking towards Gracie. He was about as tall as she is... and he just stared her down from about 3 feet away. Gracie froze... then let out a big squeal and ran away! Jeremy picked her up and all the way to the car she kept repeating, "Scary ducky daddy... scary duck!" She was still talking about it the next day when Grandma Christensen called... she told her all about the 'scary ducky'!
