I mentioned before that we went down to Columbus for a few days last week since it was Spring Break. Jeremy and I really wanted to spend some time in the temple while we had the chance. We decided to make it an overnight trip and have some fun with the kids instead of doing it all in a day like we usually do. It was so much fun! We got a room at the Motel 6... we're poor dental students, so that's the best we could do on our little budget. It was nicer than we thought it would be for the price we paid!

Here we are happy as can be to be off the freeway and able to get out of the car!

The kids were anxious to see the hotel room! They're really great travelers... but they had had enough of the car.

This picture shows what a sweetie Lincoln is... he loves to help Gracie out. He's becoming quite protective of her lately. When Jeremy plays the "Monster" game (where he pretends to be a monster and he gets them) Lincoln always protects the other two so he can't get them!

Here we all are in front of our Motel. Can you tell we were just a little bit excited to be on a mini-vacation? :) It doesn't take much to get a smile out of us!

Lincoln was so thrilled with our "ho-town". That's what he thought the place was called. Every day since we've been home he has mentioned how much fun it was at that ho-town. They loved the little nightstand and thought it was the perfect place to put
every ones shoes.

Gracie had other ideas... she thought it was a great little seat for her!

The best part was watching them giggle in bed together... that was worth the whole trip if you ask me!
