We have found a new park that we love to go on Sunday afternoons. It's huge! There will always be some new adventure waiting for us each time we go. There are so many fun trails and entrances to different parts of the park. It was a little chilly this week... so we couldn't stay very long. We can't wait to go back next week. (To see another area of the park and another adventure of ours...

Jeremy and the boys.

Gracie loved watching this little waterfall near the entrance.

Graham as happy as ever to be outside!

As we were walking on the trail... Lincoln spotted a little trail that went off the the right... he peered down the path and found two new friends!

Aren't they gorgeous!? We wished our friends the
Rhode's could have been there to see it with us... they are huge horse fans!

Gracie thought they were super cool. Lincoln wasn't such a huge fan.

He decided that he liked them better from a distance.

They came right up to the fence for us! We thought about petting them... but weren't sure if that would be such a good idea.

Gracie thinks all animals are scary ever since her
duck incident a few weeks ago. She kept saying "scary
hosie!"

But then she didn't want to leave them!

Me and my favorite little girl in the field of yellow flowers. (Missie, I thought of you because I think they are wild delphinium... could that be possible? Their leaves look just like the blue delphinium I love!)

Jeremy and the boys next to the murky swamp.... I bet there will be frogs to catch when it warms up a little more!

We turned the corner and there was this beautiful forest! With the weather as it was... a little overcast... the kids called it the 'spooky forest' and held hands as they walked through it.

I captured this classic daddy daughter moment... she loves her daddy!

She thought the little logs on the ground were fun to walk on...

We had such a good time together despite the chilly weather. We can't wait for someone (anybody?!) to come visit so we can take them to all of these fun parks!
