fun family times.

We have had so much fun this week! Jeremy has been home for his Thanksgiving break and we have really tried to enjoy our time together as much as possible. We've gotten out of the house and done things every single day and it's been great! We let the kids plan our schedule for the most part... We went to Chuck-e-Cheese one of the days... the kids love the place. Grammers wasn't too excited about the life size figures that they have there. He would get really scared if we got too close. Lincoln was my favorite... he kept referring to the Chuck-e-Cheese mouse simply as "Chuck". I thought it was so cute!
Today we spent the morning at the Natural History Museum here in Cleveland. A class at Lincoln's school went on a field trip there and they posted pictures in the hallway at school. Lincoln has brought me over to the pictures dozens of times to show me how 'sweet' the dinosaurs are... so we decided that it was high time we make the trip over to see them in person. They were amazing! Lincoln was in heaven walking around the massive museum. There was so much to see and explore. It was great! We ended up buying a family pass so we can come all through the winter and really dig into everything that we can learn there. They have everything from dinosaurs... to exploring the human body... to real animals outside... you can feel what a real earthquake would feel like... and so much more that we didn't even get to see. We can't wait to go back!

Jeremy and I loved the planetarium! We were able to watch a show about constellations... planets... the solar system... and much more. The kids even sat through the show! It was really neat. We can even go at night and look through their telescope if we want to. We had such a fun day!

We are sending our camera in to Kodak to get fixed... luckily it is still under warranty! Hopefully we'll get it back before Christmas! We will be spending Thanksgiving with our friends, the Rhodes, tomorrow... so we'll be able to get some pictures there. I didn't realize how much I love my camera! Luckily we invested in our camcorder so we've been able to capture our memories the last few weeks with that.
