The same nature center that had the Candy Land game had this fun slide for the kids to play on... you climb up one side and slide down the other. Grace got brave enough to do it all by herself once or twice...
Lincoln loved the slide and tried going down all different ways! Our favorite was when he went down head first... on his back... and did a flip at the bottom! He's quite the little daredevil!
There were lots of friends there to play with!
We also spent some time over in the Nature Center while we were there. The kids have been really interested in animals because we've started watching "Jeff Corwin Unleashed" everyday as a family. Kind of funny... but we all enjoy it and it's educational so that's always a plus. He always has snakes on the show... so the kids loved touching and feeling the snake skin at the Nature Center...
There was also a fun turtle there that Lincoln loved to look at... here he is looking at it through binoculars. We decided that we want to have a pet turtle someday!
I decided that it is much more fun and much easier to do fun things like this when Daddy gets to come with us! We've had lots of fun with him since he's been home with us this week!

Its official! Your kids are braver than me! Even looking at that snake skin in the picture freaks me out.
