So, Graham has been Mister Grumpy Gills the last few days... he only wants to be held... standing up... all day long. He won't ever let us put him down! Sounds like heaven to some people... but not when you have two other kids and lots to do. We had tried everything... and decided that maybe he didn't like to be in the swing because it was so low to the ground (we have one of those take-a-long swings that you can pack up small to take anywhere). So we pulled out our old swing from Lincolns baby days and boy did it do the trick! All of the kids were happy with the new toy!
I think he likes it better because he's higher up and it swings more... the kids love to push him in it... we love it because he's actually sitting and not crying!
It worked its magic and 15 minutes later he was fast asleep!
Hopefully it wasn't a fluke and he'll enjoy it just as much tomorrow!
