Our fun Sunday

Some friends of ours were invited to a wedding this Sunday so we voluteered to watch two of their kids for them. Lincoln had SO much fun playing with Caleb and Mayson! They play much more rough than he is used to... but he loved every minute of having them here! He learned how to wrestle with Caleb... we were surprised there was all laughter and no tears! They wanted to 'watch a show' so we turned on our "Jesus is Born" dvd from the Living Scriptures. As you can see... they were glued to the tv.
Lincoln definitely made a new friend in Mayson! They are in the same primary class at church and they get along really well!
Jeremy has been in Primary the past few weeks and he knew what Christmas songs the kids are working on for the Christmas Program on Sunday. He helped the kids learn the words while they were here and they all performed for the missionaries when they came to eat with us that night! They did such a good job!
We had a BIG present for the missionaries under our Christmas tree and the kids were just dying to open it the whole day. They were patient and the Elders let the kids have at it when it was time to open their gift.
When the kids found out it was just a bunch of food... they weren't very impressed... the missionaries sure loved it though! We love to feed our missionaries.
They are some of Jeremy's biggest fans and are always requesting him to play some of his songs when they come over to eat. They even have their favorites and request particular songs! Elder Van Brocklin loves baby Grahams song... he is always wanting to hear that one. Gracie decided that she would get all of their shoes for them when it was time to go! She LOVES shoes of every shape and size!

Want to trade lives for a couple weeks? I guess we could let Jeremy and Elliot trade too. Then I can have a cute house and 3 kids and feed the missionaries and all the fun stuff you do all the time, and you can come live here for a couple of weeks. I think I'm getting the better end of the deal ;)
