Here he is outside of the building... you have to get that classic shot, right? :)
Here he is with his best buddies, Chauncey and Jackson. Chauncey is in his class which makes it SO much fun for Lincoln. He has had no trouble heading right in! He's excited that his other friend, Daisy, is in his class too.
He was so excited when we found a sweet spiderman backpack for him at the store! He even has his own little hanger for it outside the door! He found his name and everything!
He was very excited to do circle time. They got to play with beanbags! That is one of his teachers sitting next to him. They have 4 teachers in the classroom and 18 children. Pretty nice ratio!
The boys thought it was super funny to put the beanbag on their heads! There are two teachers that actually teach... and two teachers who are there to help out as needed. The one in the red shirt is Miss Blados. She's one of the main teachers. I already really like her! I think Link will learn to love her this year!
The pre-school is actually a part of a real Elementary School so they get to use lots of areas of the building during the day. They took the kids on a little tour of the school so that they could see where they'll be spending their time. I think it was good for us parents to see it as well.
The kids stayed in this little single file line without any of us adults asking them too! It was SO cute! (not all of the kids came to the orientation... that's why there are so few in the pictures.) Lincoln was super excited when we walked into the gym! He's going to love his movement time each day!
How cute are they? They look very interested in learning about where they will be eating their snacks each day! :)
I think Lincoln's favorite part of his new school is the little playground they get to play on each day! He went crazy over this picture of dinosaurs on one of the jungle gyms!
I didn't cry when I walked him into his class today... I thought I did a great job! I just can't believe how grown up Lincoln is getting. He's such a sweet little boy. I'm going to miss him while he's gone during the day! I love you, Lincoln!
