Youth Conference.

Jeremy had the opportunity to go to Youth Conference this past week with the youth. He had a lot of fun chaperoning dances... watching the talent show... attending firesides... more dances... all the joys of youth conference. He had fun watching the boys in their element... hanging out with friends... flirting with girls. You know... all the good stuff! :) We missed him at home, but it was fun to see him at night since the conference was at the Stake Center in Kirtland this year.

The highlight of the conference was when they were able to have a Sacrament Meeting in the Kirtland Temple. Karl Anderson was the speaker for the meeting. President Hinckley has said that Karl Anderson knows more than anybody should about Kirtland. I only wish I could have been there with him for that meeting!

For their service project they picked up trash near the quarry where the Saints worked on the temple. Jeremy realized while working there that we have ancestors that worked in that very spot helping to build the temple. He had lots of spiritual experiences during the conference. He'll remember it forever!
