date night.

Jeremy and I haven't had a date in months it seems... our date night group has been tricky to keep going the past month with vacations, weddings and things. We were lucky enough to spend some time together without our kids on Saturday night. We've been trying to build up our relationship the past week doing sweet things for each other each day. It's been really fun to pretend we're dating again and really work on loving each other like we did back then.

We bought an xbox a few months ago and Jeremy has been trying to get me to play games with him ever since. I decided to give it a go and bought myself this Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire game to play. We were so excited when it came in the mail Saturday and we found out that you can play 1-3 players! So, we opted for a date night-in and played xbox together for 2 straight hours! (and then we had to finish after the kids were in bed and played until midnight!) It was SO much fun to do something with Jeremy that he truly loves... now if I could only get him to try quilting... :)
