4th of July fun.

Our friends, the Arnows, invited us over for a 'Fourth of July Extravaganza!" It was a lot of fun! They had everyone bring their favorite kind of meat marinaded and cut into bite-size pieces and we all made shish-ka-bobs. I thought it was such a fun idea! They were so tasty!

What a yummy idea! I really enjoyed my grilled shrimp... it was SO yummy!

There were quite a few people there... we had lots of fun spending the holiday with so many friends! The 4th is always a big family holiday in Utah... so we were lucky to spend it with our Ohio family so that we didn't get too homesick.

The kids had lots of fun playing and getting into all sorts of things they weren't supposed to. We felt bad for not watching them as close as we should have. We were so tired!

Graham thought he was super hot stuff when he crawled over to the wall and stood up all by himself. He's such a crazy boy lately! He can climb up the entire flight of stairs into his bedroom!

He made friends with these two little boys... they were so sweet with him!

After dinner we headed to the Wests for our lame-o fireworks. The kids enjoyed them at least! This picture is sweet because it looks like Lincoln is touching the sparkler... but he really is just holding two of them.

Kyla did one sparkler and then it was off the swingset to play with Gracie.

I think these two are going to grow up to be little pyros just like their daddies.

Jeremy helped Lincoln figure out how to do it.

Jeremy topped it off with a sparkler finale... if you can't tell... he made a 4 out of a bunch of them. It's pretty sad when that's you firework finale on the fourth of July... but you do what you can! :) Happy Fourth of July!
