stay at home day.

Sometimes it's nice to stay at home... turn off the phone... and just be lazy all day long. That's just what we did today. It was so nice! I actually did keep the house clean and did all the laundry. But we didn't go anywhere and it was a nice change. We usually try to get out to a park or do something fun but it was muggy and overcast so we didn't want to go anywhere.

The main reason for staying home was because our little princess wasn't feeling very well. She woke up with a fever and threw up (yuck!) right before Jeremy left for school. She spent most of the day on the couch sleeping off whatever bug she picked up. Her fever broke during the night and she's feeling much better today!

Lincoln spent a good majority of his day playing games to his hearts content on the computer. He loves Nick Jr and PBS kids games! He's pretty good at them too! (I know, I'm a horrible mother letting him play games so much but I was on the couch finishing Harry Potter 6 before the new book arrives tomorrow!)

Now that Graham is crawling all over the place... he's getting into everything! The kids love to eat cereal at night before they go to bed (usually with daddy). They especially love it when they get to 'watch a show' at the same time. This has become difficult since Graham loves to snatch up their spoons, or try to eat the cereal! We usually put him in his high chair for some yummies of his own but last night he wouldn't have it. So, we created a nice little barrier so he couldn't get in! It worked out quite nicely! I decided I need to check out some garage sales this weekend and try to find him something that he can sit in where he can't move all over the place! This would do the trick!
