We had our Stake Conference on Sunday morning... we thought we were doing so well getting there 40 minutes early thanks to daylight savings time... little did we know it doesn't start until NEXT Sunday! We missed the
first 20 minutes and were lucky we found a seat in the Primary room. We were still able to enjoy the meeting despite the confusion.

Our building is in
Kirtland which is about 25 minutes from our house... some of us enjoy the ride more than others each week. Gracie usually takes her socks and shoes off the minute we get in the car... she was upset that she couldn't get her tights off!

Graham got sick of her screaming and started to plug his little ears!

Lincoln and I ran inside to put up my Enrichment Dinner posters... the boys stayed and snapped a photo with the other two... since we were 40 minutes early... why rush? :)

On the way home all the kids fell asleep. Lincoln does this every week... the minute we pull into the driveway he'll pop his head up. We'll ask him if he was sleeping and he'll always say, "Nope!" This time we got proof, little buddy!

Ha ha, I loved when he was SO tired on the way back from Palmyra but kept saying "I'm not tired, but if I WAS tired I would lay like this..." he was asleep within about 2 minutes
Rochelle, that was so funny when you asked me what time it had started! We thought it was daylight savings time too (actually we hoped since we slept in), and then had to look it up. They really shouldn't confuse people by changing it like that!
Your cousin in Honolulu here. Got an unrelated question re: quilts but couldn't find a way to email you. Can you reach me at jferjohn@aol w/subject quilts? Thanks.
